Children’s Advocacy Centers of Virginia

Children’s Advocacy Centers of Virginia (CACVA) is a membership organization dedicated to helping local communities respond to child maltreatment in ways that are effective, efficient, and child-centered.  CACVA provides training, support, technical assistance and leadership on a statewide level to local child advocacy centers and to communities in Virginia responding to reports of child abuse and neglect.

The first Virginia CAC opened in Bristol, Virginia in 1998. We now have 19 Centers in Virginia with nine satellite centers.
